Decodes the key's wire format, so the size and fingerprint come from the key data itself, not from the text around it. The fingerprint is the SHA256: form that ssh-keygen -lf and GitHub show. Accepts a line copied from authorized_keys, options included. If you paste a private key it is refused and nothing is decoded.
